great razor at a great price it the best razor I've owned in 2012

I've used mid range Norelcos my whole life, keeping them through at least one battery upgrade (6-8 years or so). The battery on my current Norelco (8845xl) isn't holding a charge any more and the current crop of mid range ($75 or less) Norelcos don't get very good reviews, plus I wanted something with a lithium battery instead of nicad. So instead of paying another $40 or so for a new battery and blades for the old Norelco, I tried this panasonic es 8103s. After a month I'm really liking it.
Pros:
Shaves closer than the Norelcos ever did.
No irritation at all. Occasionally with the Norelco I would get redness on my neck area.
Cleans easier than the Norelco. Can hold both under water, but on the Panasonic there are less spaces for the hairs to get stuck in.
Can use wet and with cream (it does seem to shave better that way but I'm happy with the results using it dry)
Lighter than the Norelco and easier to hold.
Easy to use pop out trimmer same as Norelco.
Replacement blades/screen are cheaper than Norelco replacements.
Nice use left display and tells when to clean it.

Cons:
The only real complaint I have is that this doesn't suck in the cut hairs as well as the Norelco did so there will be cut hairs in the sink or on my shirt. Not much of a problem except the first time I used it to trim the hairs on the back of my neck, the cuttings got into the collar of my shirt and I spent the day with an itchy neck and redness due to that. Now that I know I won't trim my neck hairs before showering.
Louder than the norelco but not annoying.
The vibrations in the hand are pretty strong compared to not feeling much with the norelco.
If not using it wet, it can get a little warm near the end of the shave.
Can't use it while plugged in. With the nicad batteries in my norelcos I could continue to use them plugged in for a very long time (over a year) after the batteries stopped holding a charge before they would finally give out. I would expect the lithium battery in this to last years and years without having any problems like the nicads, but it is a concern as once the battery dies, it's dead as you can't use it plugged in.
I'm not concerned, but the foil screen is very thin and would damage easily if you banged this without it's plastic cover. I suspect that is an issue with all foil shavers.
