Overall, we're happy with this faucet, but at the end of the day, I'm not sure the price justifies the convenience. The two major issues we have with it are that the neck of the unit is not as sensitive as the handle, so we end up touching the handle more often than not. For whatever reason, the curved portion of the neck, which we were expecting to use as the on/off, is not very sensitive, so it doesn't always turn the unit on and off...the handle, however, works fine and reliably. Also, it seems to chew through batteries quickly. We've had it for about six weeks and we're currently on our third set of batteries. Now, it's possible we just had bad batteries, so maybe that's the reason. Rechargeable batteries will be the next step if this continues, to help defray the cost somewhat. We also can't get the facuet to operate without batteries...at all...meaning we can't get water to come out when the batteries die. I thought others had mentioned it still works manually without battery power, but we can't get it to do so...that's a fairly significant issue, so be sure to have an extra set of batteries on hand! Overall, it's a nice faucet, just not sure it's worth the extra price...it does look nice, though, and the pull out spray is really nice with the magnetic feature to re-set it perfectly. We purchased 2 of these faucets for a kitchen remodel in 2010. We put one on the main sink and one on the prep sink.

I've have several problems with them.

First, I put in oversizes sinks, but these faucets spray into the far corners of the sinks by default. I am used to faucets that mainly aim down towards the center of the sink. Because of this my wife tends to leave the spray head hanging down loose from the pipe so that the water stays in the sink.

Second, there is no simple way to enable/disable the touch feature. For example, when trying to use the faucet manually, it is often impossible to let go of the lever without shutting off the water, even when you are just trying to adjust the temperature. Often grabbing the spray head turns on/off the water unexpectedly.

These would be much more useful if there was a small zone on the faucet top that could be touched to activate/deactivate the flow.

I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing these.
