Different effects on different people but a nice added edge

This product provides some extra creatine (which you're hopefully getting in higher concentrations in your whey protein shakes already) and caffeine to stoke up your system and plow out some extra reps. I am always at creatine saturation already and never responded strongly to caffeine. So, not surprisingly, I need to use the maximum advised dose (3 scoops) to even notice it a little bit.

That said, please understand that I appreciate that little extra bit, but that's all it is for me. Some people report getting shaky, sweaty, so amped up that they feel uncomfortably anxious, even...not me, none of that. I've heard of people feeling "edgy" for hours. Again, not me. For the office culture folks who mow through coffee and diet coke like Moses through the Red Sea, do not expect a strong response. But maybe a few reps or an extra set will consistently grace your workout for various, rigorously trained muscle groups.

But if I, being physiologically somewhat resistant to this, can still find results. Then those who notice more alertness from a cup of coffee or a couple of sodas should definitely get on board with this product.

I should also add that it tastes decent. I add some L-Glutamine powder to mine and try to take it at least an hour after my morning protein shake. Amazon LLC/The Vitamin Shoppe are often times hit and mass, but more times than not a miss. Even though Jack3d itself is a decent product, this company from Amazon who sends it out doesn't give it a second thought to send you expired product. In particular when I received my jar, literally half of it was hard as a rock and far past the point of just breaking it so I could at least salvage some of it. Then when I inquired them about just replacing the jar they sent me, not only did they refuse, they stopped replying to my e-mails. Decent product to get a pre-workout buzz, bad customer service, bad company.
