Best Pre-Workout Drink 2012

First of all, I would not recommend this to anyone with stress. It'll make you go nuts but I could say the same with coffee or other caffeine products. I don't see what the big deal is. I've been drinking coffee for years now so maybe it doesn't have the same effect on me opposed to someone not used to caffeine. I took a scoop and a half(as opposed to a scoop) and the results varied. Sometimes I felt like I wanted to jump out of my skin other times I hardly felt anything. Yes, I understand the makers don't recommend taking this with other caffeine products but have to have my coffee but I drink my coffee hours before I take this product.

As an eye-opener product i give it a 5/5 but an as an overall product it's over rated. You can take any form of caffeine and get the same effect. I don't understand why they put creatine in it. The Jack3d site says there's no filler. What's the point of putting a small amount of creatine in this? They even recommend taking more creatine so how is this not a filler?

Worried about the tingling sensation? You're head won't explode. It's only temporary; it lasted about 10 seconds every time I took it. Sometimes I probably didn't even notice it unless I concentrated on it. What's a bigger pain is how you have to shake the container before using it. You open the container and out comes a bunch of Jack3d dust. It's like Fun Dip only smaller particles.

I have the grape gum flavor; it didn't make me gag so I approve.

Overall, if you're forced to workout first thing in the morning and don't like coffee this is perfect for you. I take this stuff as directed. I bought it because a reviewer said how good it was and how it made them feel like they took coke. This stuff doesnt make me feel like I took coke. This stuff seems to make me nauseous and just plain weird feeling. It doesnt make me more focused or feel an extra pump. It makes my workouts seem to drag. Im going to finish it out because I hate waste but I wont be buying this stuff any more. The best supplement Ive taken so far has been ON Pure Creatine. Not for the extra pump or energy it gives but for the results it gives. It might just be my experience though so since it is kinda cheap for a supplement I'd suggest you give it a try yourself.
