2012 Discount Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser

We just replaced our kitchen faucet with this one and it's a fantastic faucet. It shuts off completely and quickly, the action of the handle and faucet is smooth and requires very little force. The pull out head is a very nice feature and it's great that it eliminates the need for a separate spray head. We love Delta the company, I have bought many of their faucets and if I had a problem they were always quick to resolve it. It's the only company that I know of that does not question when you bought the product or for that matter do not even ask for proof that you have it. When I contact customer support I have always gotten a real person where English is their first language - that's saying something today. I would highly recommend this product or any Delta faucet - they really stand behind their products. Amazon's response to my order for this faucet was as expected, very professional. The faucet is of high caliber and very practical. I could have installed it myself but I have a very good handy man that I trust to do a good job. He installed it very quickly and without any problems.
So far I found these problems. The instructions as usual, covered more than the faucet model I purchased. The spray head does scatter water around the sink but not too much if I keep the flow reduced. The spray head is somewhat difficult to manipulate because of the stiffness of the "flexible" tubing. Overall, the faucet is really a joy to use compared to the faucet that it replaced. I am very satisfied with it. I did a lot of research before purchasing this...looked at numerous other potential faucets and read all the reviews. I wanted a clean look, reliability, didn't want the spout on the faucet to be too high off the sink and was looking for easy installation. My husband installed the faucet and had absolutely no problem doing it himself, although he is pretty handy. We've been using the faucet for 5 months now and we both love everything about it. The spray/stream option is great. We had concerns about the pull down sprayer staying up but there's a magnetic catch that keeps it where it's supposed to be. Plus it continues to look great even though I really hardly clean it at all. We're both very happy with this faucet and recently just discussed the fact that if we had it to do again we'd still purchase this faucet.
