The first protein powder I've ever finished

I workout 3 to 5 times a week, alternating muscle groups each day, and reps each week (generally 6-8 reps.. sometimes i'll do 12, sometimes i'll do 5).. I eat around 2500 calories a day, 160 grams or protein, 70 grams of fat, 300 grams of carbs. I use Jack3d pre workout on days when i throw in cardio as well as heavy lifting (but not every day). And every time after my workout I drink a protein shake. I have tried many different supplements from walmart, and other supermarkets. Under these conditions, I have maintained my weight but managed to lower my body fat percentage significantly. I have been using this product for 1-2 months, and have increased my weight by 8 pounds (not on purpose)... It is solid muscle... my wife has been telling me how much more muscular that i look and has even noticed i am significantly stronger when i hold her..

That being said, this product has worked well for me.. I enjoy the taste when i mix in one scoop with a cup of milk.. it blends together incredibly well in my shaker with the shaker ball... without a doubt the best protein out of the dozen or so that i've tried.

Peace I researched a lot of protein shakes before deciding to try Syntha-6. The big selling points for me were taste, quality of protein, and availability. I took a huge gamble and bought the 5.04 lb BARRELL!:-) I'm sure glad I did. I have never used protein before but I wanted to add protein to my diet as part of a new workout routine. I am getting old (mid 40's) and have always wanted to return to my high school fitness and conditioning. Well, needless to say I was in worse shape than ever. The first week of July 2010 I only benched 135lbs...once!!! I think I was stronger in 3rd grade!!! Well, just adding the Syntha-6 protein shake, eating healthy, and working out 3 times per week I have increased my bench press to 195lbs in just 3 weeks. For the first time in years I have actually put on muscle. Didn't think it was possible at my age. The only things I have done in the past 3 weeks are add Syntha-6, eat healthy, and work out. Not sure how much to contribute to each...but I will not be changing anything in my routine. Oh yeah, it does taste great and dissovles well. Try it with low-fat milk instead of water. Love It!!!
