Deals On Diamond Super Single Bowl Kitchen Sink

First time ever with a single bowl sink and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The color is not a glossy, plastic black, but a rich, solid, easy to clean black. Installation was a challenge but not because of the sink, we had to deal with old ceramic tile. Everything came together with a lovely Delta Savile faucet also purchased through Amazon.

The sink has been in use for about a week and I have NO negative comments to make. Read all the reviews to learn about the cleaning (shouldn't use the Blanco cleaner on an Anthracite Black finish).

Didn't buy the basket strainer from Amazon, got one from Home Depot for $60. ouch! But it fits perfect and is of great quality.

I find myself walking to the sink just to admire it! We just remodeled our kitchen and switched from a stainless double bowl to the granite composite single bowl. The big bowl is perfect for washing up large items and not making a mess. I suggest a tall faucet with a sprayer attachment. The composite finish keeps items from sliding around and the sink drains well so that it dries between uses. The undermount is nice with our new granite countertops. Don't forget the stainless steel drain basket. Very good value for the price ($312). We bought this sink a few years ago for our vacation home and love it so much that we just purchased a second for our main house. Washing big cookie sheets or pots is so easy. Water stays inside the sink and not all over your counter. The flat deck allows a top or undermount, and if you go undermount, you don't have to drill your countertop for faucet holes. The knockouts are a bit of a bear to get out. Be sure to follow the instructions on how to remove them. Also, get the special cleaner that Blanco makes to keep it looking new.

I haven't had any scratches, marks, dings or abrasions on my two-year-old sink yet, and I don't use a grill at the bottom of the sink.

This is a wonderful product and goes beautifully with many colors of countertops, especially ones with flecks of black or gray in them. It goes well with either black or stainless appliances. The black of the sink is not a true black, but more of a very dark gray, so it doesn't look like a big black hole in your counter.

I can't say enough good things about this sink. The only thing that might be challenging is tiling-in this sink level with the counter. The sides are slightly curved, so you'd have to do some pretty clever cutting to follow that line. But for undermount or drop-in applications, it's perfect.
