Good thing it gives you small scoops cuz this is crazy

I didn't realize how well this product worked until I stopped taking it. I am a woman and I had never used a pre-workout supplement before and I thought the effects was just okay as I restarted working out again. Then I tried going without it and I noticed a big difference in my workouts. Per my heart rate monitor, I was burning on average 1200 cals using this and about half that without. Not only that, but I was in more of a rush to just get out of the gym (get the workout over with). While taking this my focus and energy is incredible. All attention on the muscle I am working and I am pushing myself to work that particular muscle harder because I am visualizing the way I want it to look. I stay at the gym longer also.

With this product I went from people saying "wow, you lost weight you look great," to " wow, you look great, what gym do you go to?" I appreciate the latter more because to me the connotation is that my hard work is not accidental or because of a gimmick diet but is derived from dedication, research and skill. To me it takes those attributes to sculpt the body you want. Especially if you aren't fortunate to have a nutritionist and trainer. My goal has never been to be skinny, but be strong, curvy and healthy with better endurance.

I like to take it with seltzer water for some reason it tastes better for me, almost like a soda. It could be my imagination but the bubbles seem like it make it work faster. I have read that N.O. Xplode is carbonated for better absorption so maybe it is not my imagination after all. I was going to try N.O. Xplode for that reason, but it is too much more expensive for just the bubbles IMO.Works great. I used this before my olympic lifting competition and man the name really gives you the feeling. You definitely feel "JACKED!" recommends 1 scoop the first few times then slowly add more. I took one scoop the first couple then upped it to 2.5 scoops. I was maxing that day. You can really feel it because you cant stay still, you just want to lift stuff. You can definitely feel it when lifting. The tiredness your muscles get when lifting gets to a point where you know you would get fatigued but this stops that feeling just before and you can go on and on. I used NO Xplode before and that gave me the craps. This is way better. Tingles in the face and everything. Just be sure to drink your water. I drink a minimum of 140 fl. oz a day. Great product and i will be using for a while. Definitely brought my maxes up.
