Jack3d is the real deal. Start slow and read the directions, it isnt something you take 7 days a week or for someone who goes to the gym twice and thinks they workout now.

Anyone saying otherwise is a novice at working out, or can't handle caffeine.

I've tried NOxplode, Gakic and Gaspari Superpump, but this is the best, highest quality preworkout. It's small size is because it doesn't have extra garbage added in to make the scoops look pointlessly huge. I use it before all of my hard workouts, mainly legs and chest. It helps you focus and power through all your sets. Use it on heavy days, long workouts. I usually won't take it for just a quick arm's workout unless it's a day to max out and go heavy. Its very good but it's effects wear off with long term use. Probably best to take it 1 month on, 1 off. It does get me pretty pumped, and is best on an empty or near empty stomach. I'm 5'11" and 210 lbs and i take about 3 scoops of it to get a good pump going. Really helps getting another 2-3 more reps, but like I said, after 1-2 months of use, it has become less potent. I just stopped taking it for a while (1-2) months and started taking it again recently and its potency is almost as strong as when i first took it. I would say its worth the money, and worth trying. Some of my friends tried it and went out and bought their own. Good stuff and great buy, I give it 4 stars only because for me, I would like the pump to be consistent and not wear off after some use, even though i don't intend on using this product forever, only in cycles. A Tip: best take it 10-15 mins then do you warm up for about 5-10 mins before actually working out, that is when you get the most pump... At least for me. Good Luck!! I started using this on occasion when I knew I would be doing an extra-intense workout; usually a leg workout. I add a little less than 5gms of Creatine to one and a half scoops of Jack3d and 16 oz of ice cold water. I drink this on my way to the gym about 30 minutes before I start working out. I definitely feel the burning itch on my face and neck that some people report. I am 51 years old so I take two days off between workouts. This means I only use the product once or twice aweek. I am trying to ensure I don't build up a tolerance to it. I definitely have more stamina when I take Jack3d and I actually have to monitor myself so that I don't over do it in the gym. I have increased strength in all my lifts and seem to set a personal best lift about every third workout. One downside is it acts like a diuretic and I have to watch my water intact for several hours after taking it because I am constantly urinating.
