Good product when used correctly

Let me explain. I started my weighloss journey @ 337# I'm down to 306#. I haven't really changed my eating habits. I just started exercising more. I have seen my biggest losses since using this product. I have been charting my progress using the app gymgoal. Without fail, can run faster and longer on the days I use jack3d. Additionally I can lift heavier and do more reps.
I have not observed any noticeable side effects other than a better gym experience.
With cardio alone a burn an estimated 200 calories more than I used to each visit. Extremely pleased.
Let me also note I tried N.O.xplode beforr I tried Jack3d. It had my heart beating out of my fat chest. Thought I was gonna die. I feel like Jack3d is going to help me reach my weight loss goals and help me build muscle along the way.This product really can and will improve your workouts when taken correctly. By correctly, I mean that you should consume this product as directed in it's ENTIRETY prior to working out. Ideally, I try to take it all on the ride to the gym & have it finished right as I walk in the door. As with most supplements your body will adapt to the effects and the benefit will tend to decrease in time. I would suggest consuming a container, when you run out don't get another one for a good few weeks at least and then restart it. I noticed that the effects were gradually wearing off and actually got discouraged thinking it was all in my head like many products.. Yesterday, I decided to crack it open again after a good month layoff and I absolutely went through the roof with 3 scoops... Felt like I had a cell phone stuck inside my body thats how much I was vibrating off of this stuff... Noticed I was able to work out much longer and with greater ease... Just don't take this every single day, I would shoot for no more than 3 days per week when you want a good boost and you shouldnt become immune. Just received this today and was so excited to see if all the hype was true. Making the switch from Creatine Monohydrate to this was just night and day. You can feel the energy kick in after about 15 minutes from consumption.

Performance: DEFINITELY improved, I pushed out an extra 3-5 reps on almost everything, push-ups, pull-ups, back flys, etc. I also felt MUCH less exhausted than I usually do when working out. I usually can't make it to the point where my arms can't lift me away from the ground anymore, but today was the first day I've felt completely satisfied at the end of my workout. I even noticed my form was a bit better on my push-ups, this stuff keeps you FOCUSED!
