Best birthday present ever for this watch

I bought my watch in May, 2007 and have been pleased with it ever since. The thin profile and rich blue reflective dial, contrasting with the brushed titanium case finish, provide a striking and distinctive appearance. Amazon's catalog picture of this watch does not do it justice.

Fitting the strap just right took a couple adjustments. But once that was done, the watch fits perfectly every time I close the clasp. My only (minor) complaint is that the date window and numbers are a touch too small, making the date hard to read in less than bright light.

No problems with the watch. Great value for the price.

I bought this watch a couple of months after I bought the same watch with a shiny black finish, #233XLTMB. I highly recommend that watch as well. I own quite a few watches and this skagen is one of my favorites.

I really like the blue dial. It's an attention getter.
The watch is thin and light, and doesn't bother my wrist like sone of the thicker, heavier watches I own.

The band latches securely, and wasn't hard to figure out how to size it for my small wrist.
In the time I've owned it, the watch keeps accurate time. I've been comparing it to my Casio atomic watch, and it hasn't lost more than 2 seconds in a month.

I'd actually rate it at 4 1/2 stars because it lacks a light. But since 1/2 stars aren't an option here, I'm giving it the full 5 because I really have no complaints of merit.
It's easy to read, keeps accurate time, is easy to set, feels good on my wrist, and generates nothing but compliments from everyone who sees it. RE: Skagen Men's 233LTTNC watch: The picture of this watch is wrong. I ordered one, and it had no second hand or date circle. Amazon promptly exchanged it, and it arrived the next day. Imagine my shock when I opened the box. NO second hand and NO date window. In addition, no instructions with either watch. IF those two missing items do not bother you, it's a beauty.Very slim, very elegant.
