Right out of the box S107/S107G R/C Helicopter

For $30 this thing is awesome. I use mine almost everyday around the house. Cat goes nuts for it!!! It has exceptional control and the overall quality is fantastic.

For it's size it's very durable. You can defiantly smash it into walls and not worry too much about it breaking. The best part is that replacement parts are VERY cheap. You can get any part for 1$-10$. I broke my balance beam and got another one from Amazon shipped for 6$. So if it breaks, don't sweat it. Parts are cheap and readily available! I would recommend getting extra propeller blades. I personally haven't broken any but my buddy has gone through a couple of them.

There are 3 frequencies on it. So you can fly it with two other friends. My friends and I tried this and we found that it can be done but there is some interference from frequency to frequency and it causes a second or so lag which could cause you to crash. If you're flying it with just one other person, the interference is not as bad.

Overall, this thing is great, its a lot of fun, kids and even adults will love it... cats and girlfriends will hate it! Out of all the three channel helis I have flown, this Syma s107 is by FAR the best. Its coaxial blades make it super stable.So stable when its in the air that it looks like its on a counter top. Its INCREDIBLE!! I have the blue one and the usb charger is very nice. These days you can find usbs in anything. For example, yesterday I charged my s107 on my Xbox 360! The only downside is the battery life. It has to charge for 50+ minutes and you get about 5 minutes of flight time. The transmitter is good. The infrared beam reaches out as far as you can see the heli. At night the bright flashing light on the nose disorients you if its coming at you! A VERY nice heli. Great Christmas present. You can't go wrong with this great heli. flew it across the room, turned around, flew back, landed.

Really sharp heli. I'm limiting the flights to 4min to not exhaust the battery. Also not charging right after flight (let everything cool down).
