Frankly, a great deal for the money and great enjoyment. The built in gyro makes it relatively painless. Gave a couple away and even those with bigger multiple multimission ships loved them.
First, identify the USB charger cable connector at the heli side. This very small connector can be easily damaged. A small dab with a marker pen will make it easier to identify correct position and prevent "upside down" attempt at insertion. (and NO I am not making any sexual comments you dirty minded people!!!).
Second, on the transmitter side, the left power lever is spring loaded. If you let go of it smartly and not "bring it down" slowly, it will snap into the side of the bezel and break the small shaft and knock off the small knob. This will require some epoxy fixing, if you can find it when it also flies off.
Enjoy! This is a nice toy! Charge it up using USB and it will fly for 7-8 minutes on a charge. Arrived on time. Only issue is the nut that holds the battery cover screw became dislodged when I tried to open the cover. So the screw wouldn't come out. I forced it open and the cover broke at the screw connection. I didn't bother asking for a new one more trouble than it is worth and there is no customer service # for this toy! I will just tape the battery cover when it starts to flop open. Also the pictures notes 3 channel mine is two channel. THE MANUAL ACTUALLY HAS A PARTS LIST ( I AM VERY HAPPY THIS IS THE FIRST CHINA ITEM I PURCHASED THAT HAD AN ACTUAL PARTS LIST)!!!! BUT THEY NOTE TO FIND PARTS AT THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR. I liked this beginner helicopter, but watch out who you purchase this from. Mine came opened, and the spare parts where all gone. I went and purchased this locally with everything and returned the bad one I got from xheli off amazon. Dissappointed a company would try and nickle and dime customers by stealing the replacement blades and selling this extra part package for $3.99. I also purchased a more advanced heli, which I use and much better flight controll.
The good: Beginner heli. When you let go of the left joystick (height control) it would automatically go to the bottom and shut off the motor. My other one does not have this feature, and many people have already started to ruin my blades, so this is the only safe one for them to play with.
