Lets face it, nose hair is really one of the most unattractive things

Lets face it, nose hair is really one of the most unattractive things that grows on the human body. I have had multiple nose/facial hair trimmers and while they all worked fairly well, none of them were anything I would write home to mom about. I received the Panasonic ER-GN30-k as a gift, among many other bathroom items, as I recently had an airline lose my luggage and unfortunately the bag they lost just happened to be the bag that had all of my bathroom items in it. Anyways, I am not sure why my wife chose this model but I am very grateful that she did as this is by FAR the best nose/facial hair trimmer I have used yet. Trimming nose and facial hair is now a 100% completely painless endeavor. Don't get me wrong, my other trimmers weren't painful but you could definitely feel what was going on. That just isn't the case with the Panasonic. I also have to mention how quiet this unit is. I would estimate that its roughly 50% quieter than all of the other trimmers I have owned.

Anytime I come across an item that I absolutely love, I buy an extra one and stick in a box at home. That way if it ever breaks, I have another one ready to go. My wife calls it my "must have kit". Anyways, adding an item to this kit is basically the biggest compliment I can give an item as I only do it with items that I cant live without. With that being said, the Panasonic ER-GN30-k is the latest addition to my must have kit. Its an absolute must have item in my book.This nose / facial hair remover is pretty impressive. My husband used it for both his nose and his ears. He also trimmed the awkward mustache hairs under his nose. He's so impressed with it he is using it instead of waiting to go the barber once a month...

Only issue he had was getting into the tip of his nose (an awkward direction) and some hair was cut short, but not completely removed. He said once done he felt a difference breathing through his nose.... But I don't think removing the unwanted hair from the ears is a cure for his hearing problem... He still needs a hearing aid....

Anyway, you can use this product w/ and w/o water. It's just one AA battery. It includes a cleaning brush. And it's best to have a close up mirror to asst.

We're very pleased with the results of this product.

****Update Aug 2012. Product still doing it's job. No problems. No issues.Mother Nature can be a cruel mistress. While she's taking away most guys' hair from their heads as life goes on, she's giving them way too much in places they hardly seem to need it...such as on your ears and in your nose. Strange sense of humor, that lady.

But this little device negates her hirsute humor with ease. Quite simply, it works perfectly, easily, and offers excellent value at the price. Seventeen clams delivered, plus the price of new alkaline AA battery, and you'll not catch ladies looking askance at your furry ears ever again (does not apply to the Shrek species). But make sure to use a fresh, strong battery; nobody wants to hear your bathroom screams at 5 am.
