Losing weight within 30 days may scare some off
Losing weight within 30 days may scare some off, but if done properly all the steps explained in here consistently, anyone of any shape and size can expect to shed at least 10 kgs within 30 days. You must however control yourself strictly during this period. Any deviation from the plan may jeopardize your whole regime. Follow this on a weekly basis for a total of 4 weeks, and shock yourself with the results.
1. Avoid foods like bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, pizza and fried food. Because for these foods, for the extra calories (that you add by consuming them) to burn, you need to workout more which will be really difficult for some of us. So try to avoid these foods as far as possible.
2. You should take 200gms vegetables every day with very little oil. Vegetables like broccoli, celery, cauliflower should be taken every day.
3. Alcohol: Try to restrict the intake of alcohol to only 2 days in a week, alcohol contains high calories it will really adds fat to the body which becomes really difficult to burn out. Wine can be had occasionally once or twice a week.
4. Try to avoid chocolates as well as ice creams as they can add the bulk up. When ever there is an urge to have either of them, turn to healthy snacks such as fruits, vegetables like cucumber.
5. Eat the same meals which are giving you some result over and over again. It may seem to be boring to have the same food, but the after result that you get by losing weight can be awesome.
6. Try to eat spinach, asparagus, Peas, mixed vegetables, black beans every day in a bowl.
7. Do not drink sodas, coffee, iced teas and all as they can contribute to extra calories in your body.
8. Exercise regularly for not less than an hour every day. Try to go for a walk every day. Start your day by burning those unnecessary calories present in your body.
Be really patient for these effects to take charge and you will be amazed by the results it produces. Make sure to acknowledge even the tiniest little change happening to your body. This can give you enough confidence to continue the same regime for the remaining weeks. Try to increase your physical activity levels as this is very much necessary in your pursuit to losing weight.
