No matter what exercise programs are you involved in, still you won't change a lot if you don't eat the right food. Eat healthily 3 times/day and start including some learn meats and salad in your diet. Take note, calories count so weight loss can be made possible by attaining a net calorie deficit. 2. Work out-It is not necessary to do be in the gym everyday but at least you should be active. Being active means going for a walk 30 minutes with your kids or with your dogs. You need to stop those unhealthy habits like spending most of the time watching TV and doing nothing. To successfully achieve weight loss you must sustain a workout program taking up 1 hour per day 7 days a week. 3.Snacking-You don't need to stop your snacking habit but you need to refrain from eating junk foods and other unhealthy foods. 4.Workout Intensity-If you go to the gym, you need to do your workout seriously and intensely to lose weight quicker. This means you have to do a lot of cardio. Mix your workout routine like spending 20 minutes on the jogger, then the cross trainer and the bike. In this manner your 1 hour of cardio workout is ideal for losing weight. 5.Making it Fun- Boredom is one major reason why people fail to achieve their goal. Try to keep your workout routine fun and unique so explore and try different ways like skipping, outdoor running, boxing or swimming. This can make your workout routine different. 6.Motivation-Establish mini targets every 2 weeks instead of setting of one ultimate target so that it will be more achievable. Losing weight needs more time, patience and dedication. Don't be discouraged when you see your friends lose weight so easy because each person has different metabolic rate.
