Great little vaccum small cleaner for apartment Review

I bought this because my old handheld vac was losing charge as soon as I took it off charger and I wanted the convenience of not having to have to crouch to clean dust bunnies. By the time I was done with cleaning my laminate floor, my back was killing me and I had a handful of pet hair in my hand since the hand held died before the dirt was gone. I have a golden retriever and need to maintain the floor between regular vacuum cleanings. This vacuum does the job. It also works well around the toilets due to its size and on bath mats, which my regular vacuum cleaner pretty much sucks in. This is not meant as the main vacuum cleaner as it does not work very well on carpets (no spinning brush to pick up dirt) but for light maintenance on hard wood floors it is definitely better than a broom! I just used it for about 15 min and it was only about 1/3 full. Super easy to empty and easy to clean filter. For the price ($19.99 at Target) it works great. The extension rod feels sturdy. Definitely a $20. machine. I shouldn't be a cheap @$$ when it comes to vacuums. This vacuum has less suction then my black & decker cordless dust buster. All it really is is a dust buster on a stick but it's corded it should be able to carry more suction then a cordless dust buster. I got this because every time i got an expensive vacuum it died in a matter of months so i figured if i get a vacuum i might as well get a cheap one this way i won't be annoyed when it dies on me. I should just let the dirt pile up on the rug and forget about it. Lol. Anyways don't buy this vacuum. It's not even a good dust buster plus it omits a bad burning smell after a few minutes of usage.

I thought i would share my thoughts on this little vacuum and how it works for me.
First of all don't expect this small vacuum to pick up like a normal size vacuum because it's not made to do that.
This is basically an oversized dust buster with vacuum attachments that turn it into a vacuum cleaner.
I bought this because i moved into a small apartment with wood floors and it does well on wood floors but since it doesn't have a rotating brush it has a difficult time on carpet with small objects that adhere to carpet.
The thing to remember is this was made to be versatile and wasn't made to be the best at everything it does, but to be able to do things you're just not able to do with a regular vacuum.
Also you will have to clean the filter almost every time you clean, it gets dirty fast!!!
It's a solid three stars for versatility.
