All-In-One Jump-Start System Holiday Review And Price

This is a nice execution of an all in one product. Sort of a Swiss army knife of power supplies. Battery jump starter, air compressor, 110 V power source, and flash light. We purchased it to replace an old air compressor and for the price of a new one, it was great to get the jump starter. If your battery needs frequent jump starts, keeping this in the trunk would be a great idea. However, it is very heavy, so there could be a tax on your fuel mileage.

We used this once during a blackout. You can use it to power a computer, radio, charge your cell phone, etc. It won't replace a generator, but any power during a blackout is better than none. This product was exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know it existed. I was searching for separate compressor, jump starter, and portable power when I found this. I'm skeptical that ALL IN ONE products actually do anything well. I wouldn't have bought this had it not gotten very positive reviews here. I trusted the reviewers in this case. Well, they are right. This is one of the most useful well-designed and functioning products that I have ever bought. I've used all of the features now and they all work very well. This thing has a real car battery in it, and that's why it has so much power. It's heavy, but that's a small price to pay for performance. The light is a little wimpy, but that's no big deal. The light is handy when I'm airing up my tires in the dark. But, I wouldn't use it aside from using another function of the device - that's probably the intent. And no, it doesn't come with a power cord; they should have included it. I leave mine charging in the shed, and carry it with me on long trips. I bought this to re-inflate my tyres after being on the beach in the summertime.. In order to sucessfully traverse soft sand it's best to let some air out of your tires.. And it did work, but it took about ten minutes of loud noise to inflate each tire..so I usually drove very slowly the two miles to the garage to quickly re-inflate the tires. I could definitely see it saving me if I was stranded somewhere with one flat, and I could also see it jumpstarting the battery some early morning when I quickly need to get to work.. But the thing that I didn't expect from it was that it would save my sanity during a power outage! Hurricane Irene knocked out our power at 8am this morning and it's now 11.30pm and this beauty has recharged my iPad, my iPhone and my husbands work phone all day today! God Bless it, I just don't know what we would have done without it. I'm expecting that we'll be without power for at least another day, so I'll probably bring it into work tomorrow to recharge it. Not that it necessarily needs that.. I'm not sure if it would run out or not, but I'll err on the side of caution. I can also use it to power my hair straightener in the morning! We watched movies all day today on the iPad and surfed the web to our hearts content thanks to this wonderful addition to our home. Didn't know that I'd end up using it for this when I bought it but am sooooo glad that it offers this function. What an awesome advantage in a power outage, and much cheaper than a generator. Love it.
