Ceramic Oscillating Heater with Remote Control Review

Needed something to heat a room that isn't a white ugly box.
From the things I've seen this is one of the most presentable heaters.
The room isn't too big, 12x12ish.
Heater does the job ... on low not terribly quickly, but it does it ... on high it gets quite warm quite quickly ... but it won't make a sauna out of your room, not really powerful enough. It raises the temperature 10-15F (which is enough for me).
Quiet, much like any fan set on low (the fan noise is the only noise).
Oscillation is helpful, but people here are right, it's barely 45 degrees, still better then nothing.
The weirdness with temp control is a bit odd, selecting specific temp auto-switches the heater to full power until it reaches that temp (I'd prefer to run it on low but longer) ... but who knows, maybe it's an economy thing, maybe heating at max for shorter is actually better/cheaper then heating at low on longer, dono, don't care much.
Also the red (on) light is a bit too bright in the dark if you keep it on through the night.
I'd give it 4.5 stars.
Recommended for a small/medium room for the design conscious. I like this as does my wife. The appearance is quite nice and doesn't look cheaply made. Very decorative. Heats very well and I use it in our nursery to keep it warm for when we take our newborn in to get a diaper change. The oscillation feature is very nice and we use it all the time. I like the thermostat and other heaters I have bought in the past acted similarly. In that, I mean that if you choose Hi or Low settings, it continuously runs at that fan speed setting with no control of the thermostat. It just runs. So, I have no gripe with that.

I understand that you can get some fan-forced heaters that additionally let you select the fan speed to push the air out until the thermostat temperature is reached (this ability is on my portable A/C with Heat Pump combination or my Infrared heater - I like both very well), but the price tag is usually higher for this additional functionality if I had to speculate. For small room heaters, I see no need for such in my situation. So, don't let that alone deter you if your needs and expectations are similar to mine. In short, I would buy this heater again and again based on my positive experience with it.
