Great faucet, competitive price, and easy installation. What more could you ask for

Without question this was the easiest piece of plumbing installation I've ever done. I was replacing an older Moen faucet with with water supply compression fittings - was a good time to change out the water valves to the newer, better version of quarter turn valves with the press on fitting. Just needed a mini-cutter to cut the copper pipe. A little teflon pipe thread (just in case) on the water supply fittings and 30 minutes later it was done. Having a third hand would have been nice but Moen figured this out as well. Support the faucet upright with a spring clamp and use the supplied nut wrench for the threaded fitting (nice touch!). I did use the lower support as it lends itself to a more solid feel. Best part of the entire process - NO spare parts at the end. Great faucet, competitive price, and easy installation. What more could you ask for. No negatives from my standpoint.Product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Install instructions aren't the best (some pictures hard to follow), but good enough if you've ever done this work before. The hardest part is getting under the sink and removing the old faucet. The Arbor even comes with a handy socket tool to make it easy to remove an older Moen and intall the Arbor. The tool is made of hard plastic so caution must be taken not to tork too hard or it will crack. The entire process including the time to remove the old faucet took around an hour - this was due in large part to the tight working conditions under the existing sink. A helping hand on top of the sink will make things easier. I've been using the faucet for about a month. It's beautiful and nicely built. Well worth the money. Comes with a base plate mount, but I simply mouned directly on my corian counter where the old Moen sat. I highly recommend this faucet as I believe it's a good deal for the money.As soon as I opened the box, I was impressed. First, I noticed there was a base plate cover if you have a standard three-hole cutout in your sink or counter. It also comes with a plastic piece containing a rubber seal eliminating the need for plumber's putty. It also comes with the same setup for single-hole installation as well. I liked this because they do sell three-hole kits as an option, but then it is hard to be sure the finish will match. With this, I was able to install this with my current sink, and later will move it over to a new sink with a different configuration. It also comes with all the braided tubes and hardware you'll need for a typical installation, with one end already installed inside the base. My biggest surprise was that I had old school straight piping with union under my sink, so I spent about $16 to get two quarter-turn fittings from the hardware store and did two solder joints with supplies I had sitting around the house (I don't think you can really do straight piping on this faucet because the tubing is already installed inside the unit). If you already have quarter-turn shut-off valves installed - the kind that mate to flat rubber washers as opposed to the conical kind - you should be able to install this in less than an hour with no special tools (although you should have an adjustable wrench). They do not supply teflon tape, although you can probably get away without it. The braided tubes extend about 30" from the base of the faucet, meaning they will reach almost to the bottom of your cabinets in most cases. It is great that you can pull the head out, spray, or pause. It is also great that you can easily reverse the side that the handle goes on. Mine has a sticker on the one braided tube that says "hot side". Take note that that means "hot side for right-hand installation or cold side for left-hand installation", assuming you want to tilt back for hot. This is a really nice looking faucet with a great feel to it and great functionality. And, they don't cheap out on the details. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for this style of faucet.
