The key to getting great results from diet and exercise

What's the first thing that pops in your head when you think about what it is you have to do in order to lose weight fast? Was it doing lots of exercises and going on a strict diet? If so, and if you have a busy lifestyle, then you are probably feeling one of two things. One, you may be thinking "what's the point of losing weight if I'm never going to be able to commit fully" or "there has to be a super easy and super fast shortcut to get rid of my excess weight and fat without having to do a full diet and exercise program." If any of those 2 thoughts enter your mind, please forget them A.S.A.P! Regardless of your lifestyle, you still can get the body of your dreams, and you can do so quickly. And, the moment you start thinking about taking some type of "shortcut", that's when you open the door for some pretty dangerous and highly ineffective tactics that do nothing but cause side-effects and no permanent results. The key to getting great results from diet and exercise if you are always busy is to choose a program that tailors to YOU... not one that you have to readjust your daily life to. The reason why is because that will greatly increase the likelihood of you giving up on the program very quickly. And once you give up, your motivational levels dwindle, and the cycle continues to repeat itself. How do I find a program that tailors to ME? What I have done in the past is I for one stopped jumping into dieting and exercising without having a plan first. ALWAYS have a plan of what you want to do, what you want to achieve, and the timeframe for which you want to achieve these goals. Second, I chose a diet that is easy to follow and didn't require for me to have to do anything that was going to have a negative effect on my busy lifestyle. For example, had I went on some fad diet based on eating one type of food (i.e. bananas), the side-effects from a diet like this would make it VERY difficult for me to get through my busy day (lack of
