How to lose weight fast without the common setbacks associated with quick weight loss all comes down to one simple word that the diet industry seems to ignore: Natural! However, if you are drinking more water AND you are taking in too much sodium, your body will RETAIN water... which will add on pounds of water weight and make you feel bloated. To lose a lot of water weight, simply drink more water (I recommend at least one half your current body weight in ounces of water) and decrease sodium. Of course, decreasing sodium is extremely important anyhow for heart health, blood pressure regulation, and more. 2. Nutrients - What easier and more natural way to lose weight than eating healthier foods... that causes you to lose pounds... just by eating them?! Foods that will actually cause you to lose weight and burn off pounds of fat are healthy protein (such as chicken and turkey breast, nuts, quinoa, tofu, dairy, eggs,), all types of veggies (especially dark green veggies), and foods high in antioxidants (such as berries, grapefruit, and more). 3. Supplementation - Okay, first, please understand that supplements are just that... SUPPLEMENT. Please don't make the mistake that many people do where they actually avoid eating or drinking the nutrients that the body needs and instead look towards supplements only.
