Viscygle - Green Cycle

In San Diego there is a gym, which in itself is nothing strange, I'm sure San Diego has a lot of gyms ...
but there is a special place called Greenasium you are using a special called visCycle stationary bicycle.

Made with a measure of fitness, visCycle and similar machines can generate electricity that is sent to the network installation, offsetting some of the energy consumption, such as lights, fans and computers.

Pretty cool, and now the visCycle is available for your home or office. plugOutt visCycle revolutionary technology of the computer makes the "plug and play". Other "green" alternatives require the installation of an inverter and the replacement of expensive equipment that you already have. Fitness Resources offers a comprehensive and convenient.

Fitness resource site says that "typical users will be able to maintain between 50 and 150 watts during exercise half an hour, depending on their physical condition may be able to generate more." This amount of electricity would probably be able to, or the tax of 5 netbooks, smartphones 15.10 or stereo system.

I like the idea of putting all the kinetic energy for the job, but I'm thinking it would probably be more of a 30-watt generator ... that would be enough to microwave a pizza.
