Good for those pesky nose hairs

Boy, getting old sure does suck...Never thought I'd be writing a review on a nose/ear hair trimmer. But, as I get older, I seem to be growing hair in all the areas that I would prefer not to. In addition, losing hair in areas that i would like to retain hair.

But enough about me. This Panasonic hair trimmer works very well. It's very powerful. I was worried that it would pull the hair more then trim, but that's definitely not the case. The unit is constructed very well. I haven't test the wet aspect per se, but I have rinsed it off for cleaning purposes. Still works like a charm.

I don't have a reason into going into pros/cons on this since it works as I had hoped it to. Nothing really to complain about.

With regards to the practice of trimming ear or nose hair, the one recommendation that I have is to do it continuously. If you've never done it before, expect to be quite uncomfortable the first time you do it. At least for my nose, I could feel the trimmed hairs for a couple of days afterwards. Especially when I went to itch my nose. Also, the feeling of shorter hairs in your nose will give the sensation that there's something in your nose. Strange, really. Anyway, after continuous use, I no longer have those feelings. Not sure if my nose is just numb to the feeling or what.

I would definitely recommend this to those hairy nose and ear people. As myself! I don't know if this happens to everyone, but as soon as you hit middle age you start growing long hairs in odd places. They grow out of your ears. Your nose. On the ears. You get bushy eyebrows like Andy Rooney. Finally you get hair growth in oddball places I would rather not mention. Needless to say, whether you are vain or not this aberrant growth can lead to some difficulty with your interpersonal relationships.

This is where this Panasonic Vortex hair trimmer comes in. It is small, portable, battery operated, and gets rid of those oddball hairs, wherever they may be. If you have a close contact with people job like me and do a lot of travelling, this unit is for you. It quickly and efficiently cuts off that unwanted hair with no problems. It is safe. It makes you look younger. It is easy to stuff in your bag. It is durable. It is a great adjunct to a shaver and gets places a shaver won't.
